Assessment Structure and Pricing

1. Initial Appointment – $290 o This appointment is used to determine whether a full assessment is required. o For children and adolescents (under 17): This initial session is attended by the parent(s)/carer(s) without the child present.

o For adults (17+): The initial appointment is attended by the individual seeking assessment.

o Available in person or via telehealth.

2. Comprehensive Assessment – $1,100. This fee covers the entire assessment process, including Steps 2–4 below.
a) Assessment Session(s):
o For children and adolescents (under 17):
 An observation session is booked following the parent-only initial appointment.

 There are two sessions total – one with the parent(s) and one with the child.

o For adults: Only one session is required normally needed however if two are required, it will be included ion you total cost.

o Available in person or via telehealth.

b) Questionnaires:
o Questionnaires are provided to parents (for children/adolescents) or the client (for adults) to complete prior to the assessment session.

c) Report Preparation & Turn around:
o A comprehensive written report is included in the assessment fee.

o Report turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the date of the questionnaires completion.

3. Follow-Up Session – $290
o Once the report has been provided, we recommend a follow-up session to review the results, answer questions, and provide recommendations for support services (e.g., NDIS or DSP applications).

4. NDIS (Complementary to End of May) or DSP Applications – $450
o We will prepare detailed supporting documentation for NDIS or DSP applications following diagnosis.

o This includes reviewing reports, writing letters of support, and ensuring the application reflects the client’s functional needs.
